What happens after the 7-day trial?
The workspace stays and no data is lost. You pick a plan and keep working. Without a plan, editing is suspended and the workspace goes to the archive.
Can the plan be changed mid-month?
Yes. The new plan starts at once and you top up only for the rest of the paid period — the amount is shown before you confirm. From the next period the invoice already follows the new plan.
What if the team grows beyond the package?
Seats are added one by one at the extra-seat price of the plan. The workspace shows how many seats of the package are taken and warns in advance — access never disappears silently.
How do we pay by bank transfer from a legal entity?
The invoice is issued in the workspace with the amount, bank details and payment purpose already filled in, and it can be downloaded. A bank transfer is credited once it arrives, usually within one or two business days; card and SBP are credited right away.
Where is the data stored and who has access to it?
Every workspace has its own database on servers in Russia. Inside the workspace, roles decide access: an employee sees the legal entities and sections opened to them.
Can a subscription be refunded?
Yes. Terminate the subscription by writing to hello@akeda.ru and we refund the payment for the full days left in the paid period. The money goes back the way it came: to the same card, the same Faster Payments account or the payer's settlement account. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days. The trial is free, so nothing is refunded for it. Full terms are in the offer.
